Over the years I have had the gift of working with individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse challenges in both an inpatient hospital setting and outpatient settings. I have run groups and worked with individuals on the path of recovery helping each person to understand the complex nature of addiction, underlying mental health and trauma triggers and how to move forward to live life happy, joyous and free from addiction. 

I will be working with individuals and will make groups available as well for additional support for those in the Truckee/Tahoe area. 

Life Coaching Intensives for Substance Abuse 

I offer individual and family life coaching therapeutic intensives to help those seeking recovery. I am available to come to your location nationwide, and work with you to provide intensive coaching. In a few days time, much can be accomplished towards understanding why your addiction exists, treating root issues and moving towards long term sobriety and recovery. I have experience working with those looking to protect their privacy, and intensives are a good option to protect privacy. Additionally, I am  available to consult with families looking to help a loved one with an addiction. Please contact me directly for information about this service.
